Gluten Free & Special Dietary Requirements

Our Owner/ Executive Chef Chris Murphy here at The Puddler understands that not all guests are the same and have Special Dietary requirements, So Chris has put together a menu offering over 75% of meals that already are gluten free (this includes our degustation and kids menu) as well as offering a traditional ‘Al a man u’ – which is a French term for ‘prepared to order menu’ he prides himself and his team in offering a no fuss cook to order menu which can be altered to suit your special needs.

The Puddler prides itself in supporting local wines by offering the best variety of local wines, you can find; Harcourt Valley, Kara Kara Vineyard, Connor Park, Mandurang Valley, Black Jack, Water Wheel, Campaspe estate and Axedale reef all of which are local and regional wineries as well as a good representation from the Barossa Valley, Clair Valley and Margaret river wine regions and New Zealand's Marlbrough region, and many, many more.
