Duck Pate - with a red wine and cranberry glaze served with grissini and melba toast.

Christmas Roast

5 meats Roasted pork with crackling Roasted Lamb, Turkey, Pickled Pork and Ham

6 vegies Roasted potatoes pumpkin cauli in white sauce honey carrots mint peas and broccoli, Bread rolls and condiments such as apple sauce mint sauce and cranberry sauce included.

Dessert

Traditional Hot Plum Pudding with Brandy custard cream and ice cream.
