The Puddler Restaurant & Bar is Bendigo’s Iconic Restaurant known for being The Steakhouse of Bendigo until Chris & Kelly Murphy acquired it in 2006 and added the Live Seafood tanks now The Puddler is now known for its Steak & Fresh Seafood.

Stepping into The Puddler it’s easy to see why Chris and Kelly Murphy won the Bendigo Business Excellence Award for Hospitality and Tourism in 2007 following up with Best local Chef and Best Seafood Restaurant voted by the readers of the Bendigo magazine for 2008 and 2009.

Our heritage listed building contains everything you need to escape; a cosy fire, tropical sea creatures gliding around in tanks,live lobsters in tanks ready to be fished for your meal, lead light windows and skylights, tulips on the walls, a secluded courtyard, a sunny mezzanine and an elegant warm atmosphere in the dining areas.

Here at The Puddler we offer a 5 star full buffet breakfast on Sunday mornings from 8:30am to 11am (other days by arrangement.)
The breakfast buffet provides a wide variety of food which includes:

Toast, Muffins, doughnuts, Croissants, Danish Pastry's, all baked right here in the morning
Also Baked Beans Sausages, Grilled tomatoes Bacon Hash Browns And Mushrooms
Eggs will be cooked to your liking there are 4 cereals, Fresh tropical fruits condiments and more...

Dinner 7 days from 5.30pm till late

Breakfast served on Sunday from 8:30 until 11am.
